Thanks to all for a most convivial get together last Saturday, especially the barbee drivers and batch butterers. Thanks also to Ted for his deep meaningful sesh on gearboxes and their continued use - I'm sure James and me will take on board the many pearls of wisdom offered !

As nominated, I have now spoken to Jane. Her best recollection is that at the winding up of the BRC, all trophies went to their final recipients. She does not recall who was the last custodian of the Wilkinson Sword or any of the other trophies. Unfortunately, I think that even if we were to uncover a list of recipients and then find whereabouts, we would not have a strong case if the current holders did not wish to let go. Notwithstanding this, I shall make a few further enquiries, if only for purposes of historical interest.

Good to see the trophy fund is growing. What are we going to award it for
