Further to earlier post - can't remeber which topic it was...
Some later bantam swinging arms are different to earlier ones...
They are I think the same length 15.062" to the shortesr availble setting.
Looking throught my parts books D7 has two kinked arms.. D10 a kinked drive side arm and a straight right arm,
D14s sports68 kinked arm and a D175 a straight arm. But gap between arms for the wheel and brake etc are the same.. So anyone wanting to run a fatter tyre should opt for the straight arm type- slightly more options availble....

Mike

D7/10/14 etc swing arm lenght s/a pin to wheel spindle 15-1/16"

D3/5 and inch longer? by sight so 16"

plus the adjustment availble so 15" + 1.5" or D3/5 16" + 1.5"

Don't ask anything else about swinging arms!!

I need a D3 swing arm - anyone got one for sale ? please .

For Nick "going to see if we can offset it enough on the frame so the chain from a Honda 600 engine will align. !
