What are the thoughts of the knowledgeable people on the suitability of this frame / kit for road racing .

Hi Pete this frame i would say is unsuitible for racing and costly.

Lots of bantam frames on Ebay at the moment best one to go for is D7 to D175
and then shorten lower sub frame top rail.
