| Subject: stud spacing -- what size? Sat Apr 04, 2009 10:27 pm | |
| Nasty remark by Young Davis...! But probably to the point.
Interesting point with the D1 motor -- what was the stud spacing distance on the crankcase? I can´t remember the actuall mms but I do remember we needed the larger spacings for making the tranfer ports larger. on IcarusOne -- about half a century ago.... Just an exercise in brain manipulation so it is not that important...
...But I do need an unserviceable 54mm Bantam piston ... It is for a model I am building so the condition does not have to be good. Even one with a hole in its crown will do. Let me know how much and what the postage will be and I´ll send some real money** in an envelope.
**made on my own printing machine.
All the best -- watch out for the force of gravity and inertia! Cheers! JayBee. | |
