Scooters in the way of bantams at 3 Sisters

Guys,

Have just put a post on the VMCC BHR website under racing topics - entitled "Grid Configuration - Bantams v. Scooters".

I'd like you to have a look at it and comment. May be we can get something done so we get to be on the front half of the grid when we are mixed with Scooters.

Hi Pete. I had a gander but not being a rider it's not for me to comment.
Do the scooters hold you up and get in the way ? If they do, including that in your comments would give you a stronger argument.

Hi Pete just read your post I suspect it,s because the scoots get off the line a little quicker than most bants ,they also appear to lap quicker lap 1 more so !! Andy

Well said Pete, last year when we were racing with the scooters we had a 10 sec headstart.. which is correct as we are part of BHR where scooters are an invited club.. i think it would also improve our 'profile' as finishing behind scooters does us no favours and BHR should be looking after us not the scoots! The scooters are good at looking after themselves and well done to them! The fastest scooter was a second faster than me - but thats not the point....

Reading your comments on the grid formations, I look forward to the next BHR committee meeting where we can discuss the solutions....
