yes well done pete

sorry on saying goodbye on the sunday ... i hadn't realised you had won the last race! i would have congratulated you then. a good testament to riding experience and perseverence.

a very interesting weekends racing on balance .. the wet really stirred things up a bit. well done to robbie .. passing chat revealed the thinking man's race was tops in the richard powell. unfortunately for me i never think that a race could go on longer than the schedule .. out of petrol really is a schoolboy error, but questions to be ask that whether a race should be run at nearly twice the distance with an additional sighting lap. in all racing, fuel is put in strictly to needs for safety and weight gain. so sitting on the line i just knew i was going to run out when the starter said 4 more laps and a sighting lap. but anyway enjoyed being up there for a bit at least and congrats to a solid ride from mike redhead too for the massive gains made this year and a well deserved second in that race.

hope to be out there next year .. have a good one at cadwell.

ray
