Hi Mike.

Thanks for the offer, but I have now fabricated a rubber tract spacer. I have a Mikuni TMX currently fitted, smaller bore than the Lectron, and will see how both perform during the comming season. Have raised the fuel level in the Lectron to the top indicator level (it was between the max/min level marks) by bending the float arm. Hoping to test before Easter Monday, but cannot make Mallory this Thursday.

Have also fabricated a devise that locks the clutch and crankshaft sprockets to test the clutch as you suggested. With the sprockets locked, the clutch holds firm preventing the rear wheel from being turned while in gear.

Will return your programmes etc on Easter Monday - in exchange for 20 or so BRC mags for scanning?

Mike Redhead and Alan - I will try to remember to bring your 2010 trophies !

Regards

Chris
