Lydden DVD For Bantams?

Hi all

I was asked by Mike Powell to come on here and request information regarding possible interest in my producing a DVD of all the Bantam races from the Lydden weekend 2011. He felt that there might be a demand.

If you are interested in purchasing such a DVD which would contain race commentary and graphical results etc, please let me know. The cost would be 15 pounds including postage and packing. I would need a minimum of ten to make it a worthwhile exercise.

John Bass - The closest your going to get to being at Lydden last weekend is watching a Bob Keen DVD
while heating up a saupan of castrol R30 (low heat recommended) and wearing some rose tinted specs!! - get your order in!

Nick its got to be a 'must have' for you... and any rider really....

If I am counting correctly that is six so far.

Incidently, I should point out that the races will contain quite a few shots of Robbie and Michael Brown as they requested to be filmed for a personalised DVD. Obviously, there are also shots of others as well, but some might wonder why there are so many of the 'Brown boys'.

With next year in mind, it would be a good idea for someone to contact me before the meeting and arrange specific Bantam filming. That way I can spread the shots out better and no-one need go to the expense of having a personalised DVD

Yes -- I´ll have one. If Peter would be so kind and up his order to two he can kindly deliver it to me at Chelmsford during my stay in Chelmsford 21st to 29th Sept ... I´ll get the money (in pounds) to Bob Keen by post -- or whatever -- or if Peter will pay for it with his order then I can pay Peter at Chelmsford or send the cash to Peter´s home -- providing Peter agrees to this -- please say Yes Peter!
Why I don´t want to have it sent here is because, in the last year, we have lost several DVDs here at this apartment in Germany.Or rather, they were sent and we never got them. Although we each have a key our Post Boxes are easy to open -- or Posty nicks them!!

It is always good to meet a former racer that is re-living the experience once again.

Thanks to everyone for your orders. I just need one more for it to be a runner. However, I cannot start work on it immediately as I have some personalised ones to complete and one for the scooters to do first. I will keep you posted.

blimey im in the campsite office - managed to talkthem into allowing me to pick up my mail, so just had a sneak preview of lydden video, "what a brill video",
had the whole que looking in, they could not believe these were bantams, the noise, two guys have pledged to come to mallory to see more.

Did you see the personalised DVD that I did for the Browns? If it was my footage, that is all that has so far been released. The Bantam DVD has not yet commenced production. I hope to start it around the middle of next week.

Some good news.

I will be starting production of the Bantam DVD on Monday and if all goes to plan hope to complete it by Wednesday.
