Hate to be a kill joy, but wont this rely on having enough marshalls on the saturday? Previous experience suggests otherwise!!

i love the full circuit but i also like the dynamic of the woodland and full over the weekend. i think the 175s get a bit of a look in over the 125s on the woodland but out and out speed counts on the big circuit. i don't mind either way cos i went ok at anglesey. i like hairpins though! isn't that what they are there for ... to mix it up a bit!

and aren't hairpins fundamental to the circuit designers to test a rider or driver's skill. the biggest problem is the inistance on building in shicanes .... these are the eqivalents of racing speed bumps.

people who race know its a dangerous business. keep circuit integrity

Most of the circuits in the UK have been altered in alignment since I started racing in 1971. I guess the biggest change was at Snetterton at the start of the 1974 season, when the 2.71 mile became 1.96m.

The only one that has not changed is Lydden Hill, exactly the same as when I first set eyes upon it, October 1971. Happy days indeed.
