| hi mike, i'm not too bad. just lost some skin off index finger and six stitches in thumb. thanks to you and everyone else for not running me over! I gather it was mayhem! I was lucky to get off so lightly and hopefully didn't cause anyone else too many problems. Bike doesn't seem too bad and i was back at work on tuesday. Hope all is ok with you mate. | |

| Well, I am glad someone else reckoned a 500 was downed. I saw it all, and thought there were 2 bikes on the ground but later in the paddock was told only Phil had fallen. what Happened Phil - did the throttle stick open? Or were you taking Le Patron's instructions (to finish 3rs in the c/ship) a little too literally? Glad to hear you are OK though. | |

| Seeing 2 bikes on the deck? Well I've had the eyesight checked - all OK, so it must be the short term memory. Incidentally, data logger shows I braked down to 15 mpg to avoid Phil and his bike. | |
