Hi Mikey,
You will need to make one! all the bantam racers tend to make there own as there is no cheap source anywhere!

many thanks i may be able to get a yamaha tzr 125 exahust would that be made to fit??

do you know what piston i could use in sted of the standerd 125???

Get a copy of 2 stroke tuning by A Graham Bell (published by Haynes). Inside is some rather interesting stuff, including how expansion chambers work.

What did you do? I'm curious as I'm trying to build a cafe racer bantam (and when you've stopped laughing...Smile ) and will want a decent exhaust.

hi i have used a moped race exhaust as i am building a sprint bantam so it wouldn't do for a cafe racer.

have you seen my bantam engine in the pic it has a Todd head witch looks strange on a standard barrel lol
