| Great photo's of the event, pity Brian and I couldn't make it in the end may be next year. The 6th photo down shows a back to front motor like my old mate Colin Halls and sports a water pump that I'm interesed in, could I ask the owner to reply to this post and advise to what it is and where to obtain one. Thanks, Les 2012. | |

| Hi Alan Many thanks for your reply regarding the water pump. I find this most interesting as I fabricated the origional transfer ports for Colin ( as he reminded me when we met at Lydden) so I'm pleased to know the back to front is still out there. Now back to the water pump, as yet I've not mastered this contraption so I would appreciate if you will contact Rob on my behalf and ask him to reply on this post. When Colin first built the engine I remembered this had been done before, a photo in the archive package I sent to Mike shows a back to front Bantam but I can not remember who made it, Colins development achived his Bantam championship in1989 and I understand Tom Miller has built a repro, it would be interesting to compare Toms with Colins. Thanks Alan, Les 2012.

| Les... the above picture is Tom's replacement cylinder for the Colin Hall motor, but i see on face book that Karl is giving Rob the original old and leaky Colin Cylinder! So you may well be getting a comparison... | |
